Big Yellow Group PLC ("the Company") announces that Adrian Lee, Operations Director, has today sold a total of 15,000 shares of the Company at an average price of 514 pence per share. 

This reduces Mr Lee's beneficial holding to 761,323 shares representing 0.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.
