Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on Friday 15 March, Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, acquired a total of 4,000 shares of the Company at an average price of 370.75 pence per share. 

Prior to the transfer below on 6 May 2011, Mr Vetch and his wife Catherine Vetch jointly and equally held 8,692,988 shares.  On 6 May 2011 7,192,988 shares were transferred solely into Mr Vetch's name and 1,500,000 shares were transferred solely into Mrs Vetch's name.  This transfer was carried out for tax planning purposes.

The acquisition of shares on 15 March 2013 increases Mr and Mrs Vetch's total holding to 9,173,157 shares representing 6.50% of the issued share capital of the Company.  Of Mr and Mrs Vetch's current holding, 7,669,814 shares are held by Mr Vetch, and 1,503,343 shares are held by Mrs Vetch.
