Non-Executive Director Appointment

Big Yellow Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Vince Niblett as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Vince was the Global Managing Partner Audit for Deloitte.  He previously held a number of senior leadership roles within Deloitte including as a member of the UK Board of Partners and of the Global Executive Group and the UK Executive Group before his retirement from Deloitte in May 2015. 

Vince has been appointed as the Company's Audit Committee Chairman and will also serve on the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Aside from the information set out in the announcement above, no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
