Big Technologies plc (AIM:BIG), a leading electronic monitoring specialist focused on the remote monitoring of individuals within criminal justice and remote care, announces that it was today notified that, on 22 May 2025, Ian Johnson, Chief Executive Officer, Mike Johns, Chief Financial Officer and Charles Lewinton, Chief Operating Officer have purchased an aggregate of 67,356 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.02 per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchases, the Directors are beneficially interested in the voting capital of the Company as follows:
