Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 5th April that Charles Lewinton, Chief Operating Officer, sold an aggregate of 40,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company between the 3rd and the 5th April at an average price of £2.61 per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, Mr Lewinton holds 81,200 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
