EBT Share Purchase

The Company was notified on 26 September 2023 by the Trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT had purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company on 26 September 2023 at a price of £2.10 per share.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Following this transaction, a total of 800,000 shares representing 0.28 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
