Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 25th March that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an aggregate of 21,245 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 24th and 25th March 2022 at an average price of £2.22 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris holds 330,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
