Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 19th September that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 15th September at a price of £2.95 per Ordinary Share and Miss Giselle Morris, daughter of Daren Morris, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares on the 15th and 16th of September at an average price of £2.96 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, the combined beneficial holding of Mr Morris and his daughter is 410,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
