Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 15th October that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an aggregate of 108,755 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 14th and 15th October 2021 at an average price of £2.96 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris holds 308,755 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
