On January 12, 2015, Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation issued a press release in which, among other things, it reported sales results for its fiscal 2014 fourth quarter and full year ended December 28, 2014 and provided updated earnings guidance for its fiscal 2014 fourth quarter and full year ended December 28, 2014.
