Desio (MB), 13 marzo 2023 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di BIFIRE® (EGM:FIRE) - società specializzata nella produzione di prodotti per l'isolamento termico e per la protezione al fuoco in edilizia e industria – riunitosi in data odierna ha esaminato il dato del fatturato per l'esercizio 2022.
I Ricavi Netti di vendita hanno raggiunto euro 42 milioni nel 2022, con una crescita del 45,6% sull'anno precedente, che già aveva registrato un +49% sul 2020. Si tratta di un dato particolarmente positivo alla luce dell'andamento sostanzialmente stabile del mercato dell'edilizia nella seconda parte dell'anno. Grazie ai suoi prodotti innovativi e best-in-class (per esempio le nuove linee: Supersil, Aquaglass e Bilife), Bifire sta beneficiando della sempre maggiore sensibilizzazione dei consumatori verso il risparmio energetico e l'utilizzo di prodotti altamente tecnologici rivolti all'isolamento termico.
Alberto Abbo, Presidente e Amministratore Delegato di Bifire, ha commentato: "Siamo soddisfatti in generale per la positività dei risultati raggiunti e in modo particolare perché i numeri del fatturato hanno superato le attese degli analisti. Siamo convinti che il futuro prossimo ci porterà delle nuove opportunità di business anche grazie alla volontà dell'Unione Europea di innalzare il livello della certificazione degli immobili, questo si traduce per noi di Bifire in un enorme mercato potenziale a cui fornire i nostri prodotti altamente tecnologici e già rispondenti alle necessità tecniche richieste. Per quanto riguarda le prospettive di crescita long term la strategia di espansione è confermata dal completamento del nostro quarto stabilimento che ha come obiettivo quello di sostenere la presenza dei nostri prodotti nei paesi stranieri, in primis la Germania, mercato per noi di grande interesse".
Bifire specifica che i dati non sono stati ancora oggetto di revisione e ricorda che i risultati relativi all'esercizio 2022 completi verranno approvati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione il 27 marzo 2023.

BIFIRE® è una società attiva nella produzione di materiali per la protezione al fuoco e l'isolamento termico nei settori dell'edilizia e dell'industria. I materiali Bifire trovano applicazione per la maggior parte nel campo delle ristrutturazioni edilizie, in particolare sul mercato delle ristrutturazioni effettuate con tecniche cosiddette "a secco". La diffusione di tecniche costruttive a secco ha permesso di ridurre i tempi e i costi di costruzione senza che ciò comporti una perdita di prestazioni. Infatti, con le tecniche costruttive a secco si possono prevedere in maniera precisa i tempi e le fasi di lavoro, limitando al massimo i tempi morti nella realizzazione, che provocano inevitabilmente l'innalzamento dei costi di costruzione. In più i sistemi a secco sono maggiormente ecosostenibili, in quanto gli elementi, grazie anche alla facilità di montaggio-smontaggio, possono essere riciclati, sostituiti (in caso di elementi degradati) o riutilizzati rendendo meno impattante l'eventuale futura dismissione. Questo tipo di tecnologia dà la possibilità di progettare e realizzare le parti dell'edificio in luoghi diversi da quello in cui sorgerà il manufatto, in cantiere è dunque possibile svolgere la fase ultima di assemblaggio che quindi avverrà in tempi brevi e controllati.

Desio (MB), 13 March 2023 – The Board of Directors of BIFIRE® (EGM:FIRE) - a company specialized in the production of products for thermal insulation and fire protection in construction and industry met today to examine the turnover figure for the 2022 financial year.
Net Sales Revenues reached euro 42 million in 2022, with a growth of 45.6% on the previous year, which had already recorded a +49% on 2020. This is particularly positive in view of the broadly stable development of the construction market in the second half of the year. Thanks to its innovative and best-in-class products (for example the new lines: Supersil, Aquaglass and Bilife), Bifire is benefiting from the increasing awareness of consumers towards energy saving and the use of high-tech products aimed at thermal insulation.
Alberto Abbo, Chairman and CEO of Bifire, commented: "We are generally satisfied with the positive results achieved and in particular because the turnover numbers exceeded the analysts' expectations. We are convinced that the near future will bring us new business opportunities also thanks to the will of the European Union to raise the level of property certification, this translates for Bifire into a huge potential market to which to provide our highly technological products and already responding to the technical needs required. As far as long-term growth prospects are concerned, the expansion strategy is confirmed by the completion of our fourth plant, which aims to support the presence of our products in foreign countries, first and foremost Germany, a market of great interest to us".
Bifire specifies that the data have not yet been reviewed and recalls that the complete results for the 2022 financial year will be approved by the Board of Directors on March 27, 2023.

BIFIRE® is a company active in the production of materials for fire protection and thermal insulation in the building and industrial sectors. Bifire materials are used for the most part in the field of building renovations, in particular on the market of renovations carried out with socalled "dry" techniques. The spread of dry construction techniques has made it possible to reduce construction times and costs without this leading to a loss of performance. In fact, with dry construction techniques it is possible to accurately predict the times and phases of work, limiting as much as possible the dead times in the realization, which inevitably cause the increase in construction costs. In addition, dry systems are more environmentally sustainable, as the elements, thanks also to the ease of assembly-disassembly, can be recycled, replaced (in the case of degraded elements) or reused, making any future disposal less impactful. This type of technology gives the possibility to design and build the parts of the building in places other than the one where the building will rise, on site it is therefore possible to carry out the last phase of assembly which will therefore take place in a short and controlled time.
