CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR 2026

Pesaro, 18 December 2025 – In accordance with provisions of Art. 2.6.2. of the Regulations of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, Biesse S.p.A. ("Biesse") hereby announces its corporate events calendar for the 2026 financial year:

13/03/26 Board of Directors' meeting to approve provisional financial results for 2025

28/04/26 Annual Shareholders' Meeting (Possible second convocation on 29 April 2026)

14/05/26 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 1st quarter 2026 results

31/07/26 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 1st half 2026 results

30/10/26 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 3rd quarter 2026 results

Biesse hereby avails itself of the exemption from publishing the fourth quarter results, as the 2025 Annual Financial Report, together with the additional documents pursuant to Art. 154-ter, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 58/98, will be made available within 90 days of the end of the financial year.

Any changes to the dates mentioned above will be promptly communicated to the market in accordance with the procedures set forth by applicable regulations.

Following the Board of Directors' meetings mentioned above, Biesse will organize dedicated conference calls to present the results to the national and international financial community.

In addition to the above, during the course of 2026, Biesse will schedule further opportunities to meet with the financial

community. Details of these events will be promptly disclosed on the company website www.biesse.com, in the Governance and Investors section.
