Innehavet har beräknats på grundval av ett totalt antal aktier om 70 494 895 (varav 1 500 000 A-aktier och 68 994 895 B-aktier) och röster om 83 994 895 i BICO Group AB (publ). Detta antal aktier och röster är resultatet av en nyemission som registrerades av Bolagsverket den 12 december 2022. BICO Group AB (publ) har därmed inte ännu offentliggjort detta nya antal aktier och röster enligt 4 kap. 9 § lagen (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument."
