Update to Appendix 2A - Application for quotation of securities

BHP refers to the Appendix 2A – Application for quotation of securities dated 18 August 2022 ( Appendix 2A ).

The Appendix 2A noted that BHP would provide details of the number of vested equity incentive awards for Key Management Personnel ( KMP ) in a separate notification as those details were not available when the Appendix 2A was lodged.

The table below sets out the number of awards that have vested for each KMP.
