Further to our letter dated March 30, 2021 related to allotment of securities to Lenders, Promoters and Investors as per the Final Resolution Plan duly approved by the said Lenders in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (Prudential Framework for Resolution of Stressed Assets) Directions 2019 (“RBI Directions 2019”) and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the Company has successfully completed the necessary formalities related to the allotment of 62,57,319 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Lenders and 1,13,63,636 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Promoters/Investors as per the Final Resolution Plan and the Company has received the Listing Approval from BSE on April 23, 2021 and NSE on April 22, 2021 followed by the Trading approval from both the stock exchanges on May 04, 2021.
