Further, in accordance with "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company was closed from October 01, 2021 and the same would open for trading after 48 hours from the date of declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.
