Further, in compliance with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ (BRNL Insider Code) framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), kindly take note that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from Friday, 31st December, 2021 till 48 (forty eight) hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2021.
