Further to our communication dated 29.10.2025, and in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited (new RTA) has taken over the charge of RTA of the Company w.e.f. 01.01.2026 in place of M/s Alankit Assignments Limited (existing RTA) due to completion of contract period of existing RTA on 31[st] December, 2025.
Shareholders are requested to note that henceforth, all matters pertaining to the equity shares of the Company shall be addressed to the new RTA at the contact details provided below:
