Sub: Intimation of Tripartite Agreement entered into between Old RTA, New RTA and the Company

This has reference to our earlier letter dated 01.01.2021 intimating change of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company w.e.f. 01.01.2021.

In terms of Regulation 7 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement on 17[th] February, 2023 with M/s Alankit Assignments Ltd., New Delhi, (New RTA) and M/s KFin Technologies Limited (formerly M/s KFin Technologies Pvt. Ltd) (Old RTA).
