A communica�on regarding the approval of a capital investment scheme by the Board of Directors for the establishment of a new BHEL plant at Karkhiyaon, Varanasi, was submi�ed to Stock Exchange on 23.01.2024 under the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015.
Pursuant to Regula�on 30 of the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons & Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, it is informed that the Board of Directors in its Mee�ng held today (i.e. 19.01.2026) has approved short closure of the above scheme, considering the current business landscape. The products originally planned for the new plant at Karkhiyaon, Varanasi, are now being planned at other BHEL loca�ons.
