Ref : Regulation 29 and 50(1) of the of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’)

Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 50(1) of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 07, 2026, inter alia to:

• i. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026; and

• ii. Consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Further, referring to our communication dated March 26, 2026, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and specified Connected Persons has been kept closed for dealing in the securities of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2026. This is to further inform that the trading window shall be re-opened for the aforesaid persons from Monday, May 11, 2026, to deal in the securities of the Company.
