This has reference to our letter dated February 01, 2024, wherein we have informed the stock exchanges regarding the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2024 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2023.

In this regard we would like to further inform you that, in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, the Board shall also consider the following:

• i. Declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2023-2024; and

• ii. Approval for raising funds through term loan, non-convertible debentures or any other debt instruments as may be appropriate.
