Re: Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2020.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 12, 2021 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2020.
Further, referring to our communication dated December 31, 2020, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been kept closed for dealing in the securities of the Company w.e.f. Friday, January 1, 2021. This is to further inform that the trading window will be re-opened for the aforesaid persons from Monday, February 15, 2021 to deal in the securities of the Company.
