Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

We wish to inform you that Bharat Forge CDP Trading, Moscow, Russia (CDP Trading) a step­ down subsidiary of the Company, has been de-registered and dissolved.

CDP Trading was an inactive company and did not have any commercial, trading or business operations since the past several years. CDP Trading was principally incorporated in trading business activities.

The closure of CDP Trading will not have any impact on the operations / financials of the Company, either on a standalone or on a consolidated basis.
