Sub: Intimation of Record Date for payment of Final Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2020-21

Ref: Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is to inform you that the board of directors of the company in its meeting held on Friday, June 04, 2021, recommended final dividend of Rs. 2/- i.e. at the rate of 100% per equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the purpose of determining entitlement of members to final dividend, the Company has fixed Friday, July 16, 2021 as the Record Date.

The payment of dividend, if approved at the 60[th ] Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 will be made on or after Friday, August 20, 2021.

Notice convening the ensuing 60[th ] Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on Friday, August 13, 2021 will be sent in due course.

If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the ensuing AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or after Friday, August 20, 2021 as under:

a) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited as of the close of business hours on Friday, July 16, 2021;

b) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Friday, July 16, 2021.
