Sub: Closure of trading window.

This is to inform that in terms of the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading in the securities of Bharat Forge Limited, framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the "Trading Window" for Designated Person (and their immediate relatives) and specified Connected Person of the Company to deal in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, October 1, 2021 till the end of 48 hours, after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2021 become generally available.
