Sub: Intimation of Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2021-22.

• Ref: Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Friday, November 12, 2021, recommended interim dividend of Rs. 1.5/- i.e. at the rate of 75% per equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the purpose of determining entitlement of members to interim dividend, the Company has fixed Friday, November 26, 2021 as the Record Date.

The payment of dividend will be made on or before Thursday, December 09, 2021, subject to deduction of tax at source, as under:

• a) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited as of the close of business hours on Friday, November 26, 2021;

• b) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Friday, November 26, 2021.
