(For attention of the Equity Shareholders of the Company)
Sub: Transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to Investor Education and ProtecJlon Fund (IEPF).
This Notice is hereby given, that Bharat Forge Limtted would be transfening shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund
(IEPF), pursuant to the appllcable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund
Authority (Accounting,Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended {"Rules"). The Rules, inter alia, contain provisions
for transfer of share(s) in respect of which dividend(s) have not been claimed by the shareholder(s) for seven (7) consecutive
years or more, to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) esll!blished by the Central Government.
In compliance with the requirements set out in the IEPF rules, the Company has already sent individual notices to all the
concerned members whose shares are liable to get transferred to IEPF under the said Rules at their latest available address in
the Company's records.
Shareholders are requested to note that in case the dlvldend(s) are not claimed by March 01, 2022, those equity
share(s) In respect of which the dividend remains unclaimed, Including all the benefits accruing on such shares, shall
be transferred to IEPF as'perthe tlmellnes and procedure prescribed In the Rules, without giving any further notlce to
the shareholders and no liability shall lie against the Company In respect of equily,shares so transferred.
The Company has also made available the complete details of the concerned shareholders whose shares are liable for

Shareholders may note that both the unclaimed dividend(s) and equity share(s) transferred to the IEPF can be claimed by

prescribed underthe IEPF Rules.
