Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has on Thursday, December 30, 2021, announced a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for its permanent eligible employees who have attained 40 years of age and have completed 10 years of service with the Company at its plants located at Mundhwa and Satara.
An update on the financial impact will be communicated upon conclusion of the Scheme.
