This has reference to our intimation dated December 25, 2020 regarding investment in equity share capital of Avaada SataraMH Private Limited (ASPL) for purchase of solar power as a Group Captive User.
In this regard, this is to inform you that due to further issue and allotment of equity share capital to other captive user by ASPL, the proportional shareholding of the Company in ASPL has changed from 11% to 10.88%.
