Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has on March 12, 2020 announced a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for its eligible employees who have completed 10 years of service with the Company.

An update on the financial impact will be communicated upon conclusion of the Scheme.
