Re: Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2020.

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Limited is schedule to be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2020.

Further, referring to our communication dated June 30, 2020, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been kept closed for dealing in the securities of the Company w.e.f. Wednesday, April 1, 2020. This is to further inform that the trading window shall be re-opened for the aforesaid persons from Monday, August 17, 2020 to deal in the securities of the Company.
