(For attention of the Equity Shareholders of the Company)

Sub : Transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF)

This Notice is hereby given Iha! Bharat Forge Limited would be llansferring shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), pursuant to the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read wilh the Investor Education and Protection Fund Aulhority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended ("Rules"). The Rules, inter alia, contain provisions for transfer of share(s) in respect of which divldend(s) has not been claimed by the shareholder(s) for seven (7) consecutive years or more. to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established by lhe Central Government.

In pursuance of the said Rules, lhe Company has already sent a specific communication to lhe concerned shareholders Individually whose shares are liable to be transferred to the IEPF under lhe said Rules al their latest available address in the Company'� records for laking appropriate action. Shareholders are requested to note that In case the dividend(•) are not claimed by March 5, 2021, those equity share(s) In respect of which the dividend remain unclaimed, Including all the benefits accruing on such shares, shall be transferred to IEPF as per tlmellnes and procedure prescribed In the Rules, without giving any further notice to the shareholders and no liability shall lie against the Company In respect of equity shares so transferred.
