Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend by Circular Resolution on Friday, February 21, 2020. The Record Date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Second Interim Dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors of the Company, has been fixed as Wednesday, March 04, 2020.

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company from Wednesday, February 19, 2020 to Wednesday, February 26, 2020 (both days inclusive).
