Re: Audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2020

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, June 29, 2020 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.

Please note that in terms of relaxation provided by SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020n9 dated 12 May, 2020, the Company has opted for non-publication of notice of Board Meeting and the financial results to be adopted in the aforesaid Board Meeting in the newspapers, however, the same would be hosted on the website of the Company.
