Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has announced a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (Scheme), for its eligible employees who have completed 10 years of service with the Company.
The Scheme is effective from July 04, 2020.
An update on the financial impact will be communicated upon conclusion of the Scheme.
