Re: Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2019.

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2019.

Further, referring to our communication dated September 30, 2019, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been kept closed for dealing in the securities of the Company w.e.f. Tuesday, October 1, 2019. This is to further inform that the trading window shall be re-opened for the aforesaid persons from Monday, November 11, 2019 to deal in the securities of the Company.
