This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated August 8, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the conversion of a loan into equity in the form of Additional Paid-in Capital in Bharat Forge America, Inc. (BFA), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

In this regard, we are pleased to inform you that the process of conversion of the loan into equity in the form of Additional Paid-in Capital has been successfully completed on March 31, 2025.

This conversion has been carried out in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions.
