Sub: Allotment of rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures bearing a face value of INR 1,000,000 (Rupees One Million only) each, aggregating to INR 2,000,000,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Million Only) on private placement basis ("Issue") by Bharat Forge Limited ("Issuer").

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Investment Committee - Strategic Business of the Company ("Committee") at its meeting held today i.e. April 20, 2022 approved the allotment of 2,000 (Two Thousand) rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (the "NCDs") bearing a face value of INR 1,000,000 (Rupees One Million only) each, aggregating to INR 2,000,000,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Million Only) to the investors identified by the Committee at its meeting held on April 19, 2022.
