Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 50(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, inter alia to:

• i. consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022; and

• ii. consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2022.

Further, referring to our communication dated March 31, 2022, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been kept closed for dealing in the securities of the Company w.e.f. Friday, April 01, 2022. This is to further inform that the trading window will be re-opened for the aforesaid persons from Thursday, May 19, 2022 to deal in the securities of the Company.
