सेबी (एल.ओ.डी.आर.) विनियम, 2015 के विनियम 29 के तारतम्य में, आपको सुचित किया जाता है कि कंपनी के निदेशक मंडल की बैठक अन्य बातों के साथ-साथ, वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 के दूसरे अंतरिम लाभांश की घोषणा पर विचार करने के लिए मंगलवार, 16 मार्च, 2021 को आयोजित होगी।
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 16th March, 2021 to consider, inter alia, declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
