Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company for the period from 1g* April 2020 to 30th September 2020 for the purpose of issuing a Certiicate as per Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Based on the information provided by the Company , s Register and Transfer Agent i.e. M/s. Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, it is hereby certified that:
- A) The Company has not received any request relating to transfer, subdivision, duplicate, consolidation, renewal, exchange, transmission or endorsement of calls/ allotment monies etc., during the period from 1f1 April 2020 to 30th September 2020.
- B) During the period under review, the Company has transferred 13,200 equity shares of Rs.l/- each fully paid-up to the demat account of IEPF authority.
