आपको सूचित किया जाता कि सेबी (भेदिया व्यापार का निषेध) विनियम, 2015 और भेदिया व्यापार का विनियमन, निगरानी और रिपोर्टिंग हेतु कंपनी की आचार संहिता के तारतम्य में, कंपनी की प्रतिभूतियों में लेन-देन करने के लिए टेडिंग विंडो दिनांक 1 जनवरी 2021 से लेकर, 31 दिसंबर 2020 को समाप्त तिमाही और अर्धवार्षिक के वित्तीय परिणामों की घोषणा करने के लिए आयोजित बैठक में निदेशक मंडल द्वारा सार्वजनिक घोषणा के बाद के 48 घंटों तक बंद रखा जाएगा।

We wish to inform that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the public announcement through Board of Directors in their Meeting held for announcing the Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2020.
