सेबी (सूचीकरण की बाध्यताएँ एवं प्रकटीकरण की अपेक्षाएँ) विनियम. 2015 के विनियम 42 के तारतम्य में, आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि अंतिम लाभांश के भगतान तथा कंपनी की 66वीं वार्षिक सामान्य बैठक (ए.जी.एम.) के प्रयोजनार्थ. कंपनी के सदस्यों की पंजी और शेयर अंतरण बहियाँ दिनांक 17 सितंबर. 2020 से 20 सितंबर, 2020 (दोनों दिनों सहित) बंद रखी जाएँगी।
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Requlations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 17th September, 2020 to 20th September, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20 का अंतिम लाभांश, यदि 66वीं एजीएम में घोषित किया जाए, घोषणा की तारीख से 30 दिनों के भीतर उन सदस्यों को देय होगा जिनके नाम दिनांक 16 सितंबर, 2020 को कारोबारी घंटों की समाप्ति पर कंपनी के सदस्यों की पंजी में दर्शित होते हैं।
The final dividend for financial year 2019-20, if declared at the 66th AGM, will be payable within 30 days from the date of declaration, to those members whose names appear on the Company's register of members as at the closure of business hours on 16th September, 2020.
