एचडीएफसी के पत्र दिनांक 14.04.2020 के संदर्भ में, आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि एचडीएफसी म्यूचुअल फंड की दिभिन्न योजनाओं में खुले बाज़ार के माध्यम से भारत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स लिमिटेड के 11,08,000 इक्विटी शेयरों का अधिग्रहण किया गया है।

With reference to the HDFC Letter dated 14.04.2020, we wish to inform you that various schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund have acquired 11,08,000 Equity shares of Bharat Electronics Limited through Open Market route.

सेबी (शेयरों का पर्याप्त अर्जन और अधिग्रहण) विनियम, 2011 के विनियमन 29 (1) के तहत यथा अपेक्षित, उपरोक्तानुसार एचडीएफसी म्यूचुअल फंड की शेयरधारिता में परिवर्तन के प्रकटण संबंधी पत्र संलग्न पाएँ (यानी सेबी की अधिसूचना अनुसार, विनियमन 29 (1) के तहत संबंधित प्रारूप) ।

As required under regulation 29 (1) of SEBI (Substantial and Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, we enclose the letter as referred above, a disclosure of the change in the shareholding of the HDFC Mutual Fund.
