बगलू, 15 नवंबर, 2022- नवर रा पीएसयू भारत इलेॉिनस िलिमटेड (बीईएल) ने भारतीय रा और िनयात बाज़ार क आवयकता को संयु प से पूरा करने के िलए गोलाबाद हाडवेयर और िमिलटरी ेड कंपोनस के े म सहयोग के िलए रा पीएसयू यं इंिडया िलिमटेड (वाईआईएल) के साथ एमओयू पर हतार कया।

Bengaluru, November 15, 2022: Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has signed an MoU with Yantra India Limited (YIL), a Defence PSU for co-operation in the areas of Ammunition Hardware and Military Grade Components to jointly address the requirements of Indian Defence and Export markets.

इस एमओयू का उेय बीईएल और वाईआईएल क पूरक शिय और मता का लाभ उठाना और हिथयार और गोला-बाद और संबंिधत णािलय के उपादन के िलए िविनमाण और परीण बुिनयादी ढांचे / संसाधन को साझा करना है ।

The MoU aims at leveraging the complementary strengths and capabilities of BEL and YIL and sharing of manufacturing and Test infrastructure/resources for the production of Arms and Ammunition and related systems.

Mr Bhanu Prakash Srivastava, Director (Other Units), who is currently holding Additional Charge of Chairman & Managing Director & Director (Marketing), BEL, and Mr S K Yadav, Director (Operations), YIL, exchanged the MoU signed between BEL and YIL at Defexpo 2022, in the presence of Mr Manoj Jain, Director (R&D), Mr G Suryanarayana Murthy, GM (BEL-Pune), and other senior officers of BEL.

यं इंिडया िलिमटेड भारत सरकार के वािमव वाली रा कंपनी है, िजसे 2021 मआयुध िनमािणय को अनेक सावजिनक े के उपम मपुन:संरिचत कर और िनगिमत कर थािपत कया गया था। वाईआईएल क उपादन सुिवधाएं आठ थान पर ह और यह मुय प से छोटे से उ मता वाले गोला-बाद, रॉकेट, बम, यूज़ आद के िलए हाडवेयर के िनमाण के िलए आवयक िवशेष घटक और उपकरण का िनमाण करती ह। यह िवशेष ेड टील और एयूमीिनयम िम धातु फोजग / काटंग / एसज़न आद का भी उपादन करती है। Yantra India Limited is an Indian state-owned Defence company, established in 2021 as part of the restructuring and corporatisation of the Ordnance Factory Board into multiple Public Sector Undertakings. YIL has its production facilities at eight locations and primarily manufacture specialised components and equipment required for the manufacture of hardware for small to high caliber ammunitions, rockets, bombs, fuzes, etc. It also produces special grade steel and aluminum alloy forgings/castings/extrusions etc.
