विषय - सेबी (एलओडीआर) विनियम, 2015 का विनियम 30 - वरिष्ठ प्रबंधन में परिवर्तन की सूचना। Sub: Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 - Intimation of Change in Senior Management.

(एलओडीआर) विनियम, 2015 के विनियमन जिसे परिपत्र सेबी 30 $(2)$ मास्टर सेबी/प्रका/सीएफडी/पीओडी2/सीआईआर/पी/2023/120 दिनांक 11 जलाई, 2023 और सेबी/प्रका/सीएफडी/सीएफडीपीओडी1/पी/सीआईआर/2033/123 दिनांक 13 जुलाई, 2023 के साथ पढ़ा जाना है, के अनुसार हम नीचे दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार वरिष्ठ प्रबंधन में निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन की सूचना देते हैं-
