�ी िव�मन एन, िनदशक (मानव ससाधन) का प�रचय Profile of Mr. Vikraman N, Director (Human Resources)

�ी िव�मन एन को �दनांक 01.06.2023 को भारत इले��ॉिन�स िलिमटेड के िनदेशक (मानव संसाधन) पद पर िनयु� �कया गया । वे इले��ॉिन�स एवं संचार म� �ातक क� िड�ी (ऑनस�) और मानव संसाधन म� �ातको�र िड�लोमा धारक ह�। वे पीएमआई, अमे�रका से प�रयोजना �बंधन पेशेवर भी ह�। वे िनदेशक के �प म� इस पदो�ित से पहले बीईएल क� गािज़याबाद यूिनट म� काय�कारी िनदेशक (रेडार) के �प म� काय�रत थे।

Mr Vikraman N was appointed to the post of Director (Human Resources) of Bharat Electronics Limited on 01.06.2023. He holds a degree in Bachelors of Engineering (Honours) in Electronics & Communication and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources. He is also a Project Management Professional from PMI, USA. He was serving as Executive Director (Radar) at the Ghaziabad Unit of BEL prior to his elevation as Director.

�ी िव�मन एन ने फरवरी 1988 म� ब�गलूर यूिनट म� प�रवी�ाधीन इंजीिनयर के �प म� कंपनी म� काय हण �कया। उ�ह� रेडार के �े� म� 35 वष� का �ापक अनुभव है और उ�ह�ने परी�ण, िवपणन और मानव संसाधन जैसे िविवध काय� म� समृ� अनुभव �ा� �कया है। उ�ह� जून 2017 म� महा�बंधक (एचआर/सीओ) के पद पर पदो�त �कया गया था।

MrVikraman N joined the Company in February 1988 as a Probationary Engineer in Bangalore Unit. He has a vast experience of 35 years in the field of Radars and has gained rich experience in the diverse functions such as Testing, Marketing and Human Resources. He was elevated as General Manager (HR/CO) in June 2017.

िनदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के �प म� इस पदो�ित से पहले, वे ईडी (रेडार) और यूिनट �मुख/गािज़याबाद के �प म� काम कर रहे थे। वे यूिनट के �शासिनक �मुख और रेडार कारोबार �मुख थे।

Prior to his elevation as Director (Human Resources), he was working as ED(Radar) & Unit Head/GAD. He was administrative head of the Unit and Radar business head.

महा�बंधक (मानव संसाधन-काप�रेट काया�लय) के �प म�, उ�ह�ने जनशि� योजना, काय�-िन�पादन �बंधन, �िश�ण और िवकास, �मता िवकास, कौशल िवकास आ�द जैसे �े�� म� नई �णािलय� और ���या� क� �थापना क�। काय�-िन�पादन मानक� के मानदंड �थािपत करने और क�रयर �गित के िलए अिधक �यायसंगत तरीका �दान करने के िलए िविभ� �मता� के िलए एक �ापक �परेखा शु� करने का �ेय उ�ह� जाता है। उनके नेतृ�व म�, बीईएल को जन �मता प�रप�ता मॉडल (�तर 3) का �माणीकरण �ा� �आ। उ�ह�ने संगठन म� मानव संसाधन काय� को एक रणनीितक बढ़त �दान करने म� मह�वपूण� भूिमका िनभाई।

As General Manager (Human Resources – Corporate office), he established new systems and procedures in areas such as Manpower planning, Performance Management, Training and Development, Competency development, Skill development, etc. He was responsible for introducing a comprehensive framework for various competencies for benchmarking the performance standards and for providing a more equitable method for career progression. Under his leadership, BEL received the certification for People Capability Maturity Model (Level 3). He played a pivotal role in providing a strategic edge to the Human Resources function in the organisation.

एजीएम (िमसाइल िस�टम/ब�गलूर) और उ�पादन �मुख के �प म�, वे परी�ण, िवपणन और �ाहक सहायता काय� के िलए िज�मेदार थे। लगातार 4 वष� तक उ�ह�ने 1000 करोड़ �पये से अिधक क� िब�� हािसल क�।

As AGM (Missile systems /BG) & Head of Production, he was responsible for Testing, Marketing and Customer support. Achieved more than Rs.1000 Crore sales for 4 consecutive years.
