महोदय / महोदया, Dear Sir/Madam,

विषय - निदेशालय में परिवर्तन की सूचना - सेबी (एल.ओ.डी.आर.) विनियम, 2015 का विनियम 30(2)। Sub: Intimation of Change in Directorate - Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

सेबी (एलओडीआर) विनियम, 2015 के विनियम 30 (2) के अनुसार, हम आपको निदेशक मंडल में निम्नलिखित परिवर्तनों के बारे में सूचित करना चाहते हैं –

Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you about the following changes in the Board of Directors:

i. श्री विनय कुमार कत्याल (डीआईएन-08281078), निदेशक (बेंगलूर कॉम्पलेक्स) दिनांक 31 जुलाई, 2023 को अधिवर्षिता की आयु प्राप्त करने के बाद सेवानिवृत्त हुए। श्री विनय कुमार कत्याल (डीआईएन- 08281078) दिनांक 1 अगस्त, 2023 से कंपनी के निदेशक (बेंगलूर कॉम्पलेक्स) पद से कार्यमुक्त हुए।

Shri. Vinay Kumar Katyal (DIN: 08281078), Director (Bangalore Complex) retired from his services on $31^st$ July, 2023 on attaining the age of Superannuation. Shri. Vinay Kumar Katyal (DIN: 08281078) ceased to be Director (Bangalore Complex) of the Company w.e.f 1^st August, 2023.

ii. रक्षा मंत्रालय ने अपने डीडीपी पत्र सं. डीडीपी-ई0032/5/2020-डी (बीईएल-1) दिनांक 28 जुलाई, 2023 के माध्यम से श्री मनोज जैन (डीआईएन-09749046), निदेशक (आर एंड डी) को 1 अगस्त 2023 से नियमित अभ्यर्थी के पदस्थ होने तक या अगले आदेश जारी किए जाने तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, कंपनी के निदेशक (बेंगलूरु कॉमप्लेक्स) पद का अतिरिक्त प्रभार सौंपा है। Ministry of Defence vide its DDP letter no. DDP-E0032/5/2020-D(BEL-1) dated

28^th July, 2023 has Assigned Additional Charge for the post of Director (Bangalore Complex) of the Company to Shri. Manoj Jain (DIN:09749046), Director (R&D) w.e.f 1^st August, 2023 till regular incumbent or further order, whichever is earlier.

इसके अलावा, सेबी के परिपत्र सेबी/एचओ/सीएफडी/सीएफडी-पीओडी-1/पी/सीआईआर/2023/123 दिनांक 13 जुलाई, 2023 के साथ पढ़े गए सूचीकरण विनियमों के विनियम 30 के तहत आवश्यक विवरण अनुलग्नक-1 में दिए गए हैं।
