श्री मनोज जैन ने 26 क्षसतंबर, 2022 को नवरत्न रिा पीएसयू भारत इलेक्ट्रॉक्षनक्ट्स क्षलक्षमटेड (बीईएल) के

क्षनदेशक (आर एंड डी) का काययभार संभाला। इस पदोन्नक्षत से पहले वे बीईएल के बेंगलूरु कॉमप्लेक्ट्स के इलेक्ट्रॉक्षनक वारफेयर एंड एक्षवयोक्षनक्ट्स एसबीयू के महाप्रबंधक थे।

Mr Manoj Jain took charge as the Director (R&D) of Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on September 26, 2022. He was General Manager of the Electronic Warfare & Avionics SBU at BEL's Bangalore Complex prior to his elevation.

शी मनोज जैन ने आरईसी जयपुर (एमएनआईटी) से स्वर्य पदक के साथ बीई (इलेक्ट्रॉक्षनक्ट्स) पूरा करने के बाद अगस्त 1991 में पररवीिाधीन इंजीक्षनयर के पद पर बीईएल में काययग्रहर् ककया। तीन दशकों से अक्षधक के अनुकरर्ीय कररयर में, उन्होंने अनुसंधान और क्षवकास के िेत्र में महत्वपूर्य योगदान कदया है।

Shri Manoj Jain, joined BEL in August 1991 as probationary engineer after completing his BE (Electronics) from REC Jaipur (MNIT) with Gold medal. In an illustrious career spanning over three decades, he has made significant contributions to the field of Research & Development.

बीईएल की कोटद्वार यूक्षनट में डी एंड ई में अपने प्रारंक्षभक वषों के दौरान, श्री मनोज जैन ने क्षडक्षजटल मल्टीप्लेक्ट्ससय, क्रॉस कनेकट्स, सीडीओटी एक्ट्सचेंजों और सैन्य क्षस्वचों के क्षवकास में महत्वपूर्य भूक्षमका क्षनभाई। 1999 में, उनका स्थानांतरर् बीईएल की केंद्रीय अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला, बेंगलूरु ककया गया जहां वे रिा नेटवकय और नेटवकय व थोक सुरिा समाधानों के क्षलए प्रौद्योक्षगककयों के क्षवकास में लगे रहे। बीईएल के प्रमुख व्यवसायों में से एक, रेडार के िेत्र में, वे वीईएक्ट्सटी, स्कैन कन्वटयर और एफपीजीए के उपयोग वाले क्षडस्प्ले के क्षवकास में शाक्षमल थे।

During his initial years in D&E at BEL's Kotdwara Unit, Mr Manoj Jain played a pivotal role in the development of Digital Multiplexers, Cross Connects, CDOT Exchanges and Military Switches. In 1999, he moved to BEL's Central Research Laboratory in Bangalore and was engaged in the development of technologies for Defence Networks and Network & Bulk Security Solutions. In the area of Radar, one of BEL's core businesses, he was involved in the development of VeXT, Scan Converter and Display using FPGA.

श्री मनोज जैन ने कदसंबर 2017 से मई 2019 तक सभी तकनीकी िेत्रों में तकनीकी क्षवकास की देखरेख करते हुए सीआरएल-बेंगलूरु के मुख्य वैज्ञाक्षनक के रूप में अपनी सेवाएं दी। जून 2019 में उन्होंने बीईएल के उत्पाद क्षवकास और नवाचार केंद्र (पीडी एंड आईसी) के महाप्रबंधक का पदभार संभाला। यहां उनके दो वषय के काययकाल के दौरान, पीडी एंड आईसी ने बीईएल के क्षलए आवश्यक कई नए उत्पादों / उप-प् ाक्षलयों को क्षवकक्षसत ककया और इस प्रकार नवाचार और मूल्यवधयन सुक्षनक्षित ककया, क्षजससे आत्मक्षनभयरता हाक्षसल हुई।

Mr Manoj Jain served as Chief Scientist of CRL-Bangalore from December 2017 to May 2019, overseeing technological developments in all technical areas. He took over as General Manager of BEL's Product Development & Innovation Centre (PD&IC) in June 2019. During his two-year stint here, PD&IC developed many new products/sub-systems required for BEL, thus ensuring innovation and value addition, leading to self-reliance.

श्री मनोज जून 2021 में बीईएल, बेंगलूरु के इलेक्ट्रॉक्षनक वारफेयर एंड एक्षवयोक्षनक्ट्स एसबीयू के महाप्रबंधक और प्रमुख बने। इस एसबीयू के सभी व्यावसाक्षयक कायों की देखरेख के अलावा, उन्होंने इस व्यवसाय के क्षलए अत्यावश्यक दूरदृक्षि प्रदान की।

Mr Manoj Jain took over as the General Manager and Head of the Electronic Warfare & Avionics SBU at BEL-Bangalore, in June 2021. Apart from overseeing all the business operations of the SBU, he provided the much-needed vision for this business vertical.

श्री मनोज को क्षवक्षभन्न अनुसंधान एवं क्षवकास पुरस्कार, प्रमुख योगदानकताय पुरस्कार, रिा मंत्री पुरस्कार और सोडेट के पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुए हैं। उन्होंने अनेक तकनीकी पत्र प्रकाक्षशत ककए हैं, कई पेटेंट का आवेदन ककया है और रिा प्रयोगकतायओं और डीआरडीओ के क्षलए अनेक व्याख्यान कदए हैं।

Mr Manoj Jain has received various R&D awards, Key Contributor Awards, Raksha Mantri's Award and SODET Awards. He has published many technical papers, applied for several patents and delivered talks to Defence users and DRDOs.
